Overview

The Be Well Agency is a Detroit-based creative collective dedicated to producing immersive experiences that celebrate fashion, art, and community. During the production of Subconscious, I served as Production Assistant and Chief Operating Officer, supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of the event from pre-production through show day.

Working alongside a multidisciplinary team of creatives, I helped ensure every element of the production came together seamlessly while creating an experience that reflected the vision of the agency and its collaborators.

Outcome

Subconscious welcomed hundreds of attendees for an immersive fashion experience celebrating Detroit's creative community. The project strengthened my experience managing creative productions, collaborating across multiple teams, and supporting the successful execution of a large-scale live event.
